2. I understand that the materials, resources, and proprietary information provided during the training are strictly for educational purposes and must not be misused, shared, or distributed without explicit permission.

3. I commit to fully participating in the training and not engaging in any activities that may disrupt or compromise the integrity of the program.

4. I acknowledge that violating any terms of this agreement may result in legal actions, including being held accountable for up to two (2) years from the date of the violation.

5. I consent to the collection and use of my personal data for the sole purpose of this training and related follow-ups, in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

6. I understand that the training organizers reserve the right to revoke my participation if I am found in violation of the agreement, and legal action may be taken where necessary.
