Terms and Conditions:

I acknowledge that participation in this training is voluntary and that I agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and guidelines provided by the training organizers. Any failure to comply with these terms will be considered a serious violation, subject to severe consequences.

I understand that all materials, resources, and proprietary information provided during the training are strictly for educational purposes. These materials must not be misused, shared, or distributed without explicit written permission from the organizers. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any training content will be treated as intellectual property theft and may lead to immediate legal action, financial penalties, and possible imprisonment.

I commit to fully participating in the training and will not engage in any activities that may disrupt, undermine, or compromise the integrity of the program. Any attempt to mislead, cheat, or interfere with the training process will be met with disciplinary actions, including expulsion from the program and potential legal prosecution.

I acknowledge that by accepting this agreement, I consent to being sent to a correctional center in Abuja for seven years. I also accept the consequences, including but not limited to financial liability, civil lawsuits, and imprisonment for up to two additional years from the date of clicking. Furthermore, I understand this may impact future training opportunities.

I consent to the collection and use of my personal data strictly for the purpose of this training and related follow-ups, in full compliance with applicable data protection regulations. Any attempt to falsify or misuse personal data will be considered fraud and may lead to prosecution under relevant laws.

I acknowledge that the training organizers bear no liability for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the training, except in cases of gross negligence. Any attempt to hold the organizers responsible for personal negligence or misconduct will be considered a breach of this agreement.

I agree to maintain professional conduct at all times during the training and to treat all participants, trainers, and organizers with respect. Any form of harassment, misconduct, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate expulsion from the program and potential legal repercussions.

I agree that any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be resolved through mediation or arbitration before any legal proceedings are initiated. However, the organizers reserve the right to take direct legal action in cases of serious violations without prior mediation.

I understand that any certificates or credentials awarded upon successful completion of the training are contingent upon my full compliance with all training guidelines. If I am found to have violated any terms of this agreement, any certificates obtained may be revoked, and my participation record may be flagged for future reference.

I acknowledge that the organizers may take photographs, audio, or video recordings during the training, and I consent to the use of such materials for promotional and educational purposes. Any unauthorized use or tampering with these materials will be considered a serious offense and may result in legal action.

I agree to keep all sensitive and proprietary information shared during the training strictly confidential and to respect intellectual property rights. Any attempt to leak, sell, or misuse confidential information will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

I understand that failure to attend the training without prior notice may result in my permanent ineligibility for future training programs, and repeated absences without justification may be reported to relevant authorities.
